Great Spot!!!
I recently went to the Mojo Bones location in the ocean view area and had a great experience! A combination of great BBQ and a layed back atmosphere completed the night. I tried one of samplers that is a combination of Ribs and Pulled pork and was extremely pleased. If your looking for good food and great specials i would suggest stopping in and experiencing Mojo!

Solid Choice
Cool atmosphere, felt like a genuine bbq joint for sure. No frills and laid back. I gotta report the bbq was great. Got a bbq and ribs sampler. Bbq was nice pulled pieces, good flavor and the ribs were thre real deal holyfield! Smoky and sweet fall off the bone. I can see why these guys win the awards they do. Ill be back for more.

Get Your Mojo On!
Pass the place every day coming home from work and the call finally went out... "bring home dinner"! Mojo's hit the right spot with a nice menu full of BBQ choices and what I really liked was the combination platters topped by the 'Big Daddy' (ribs, brisket, chicken, pulled pork). Honestly, this take home fed 2.5 family members. Good BBQ in VA/NC is like trying to compare good Italian in New York... it depends on your palate. Ribs, nice but flavored mostly through sauce; same with the chicken. Pulled pork; sweet, heavy on sauce but flavorful. I think the winner here is the brisket; thick, moist, sweet and absolutely delicious. Facility, be forewarned, it more resembles a bar that has food to meet the "restaurant" requirement so I'm not certain its good to bring the kiddies at peak 'Happy Hour(s)'. Looks like a fun joint and you have a new customer. Recommend.

Had lunch there today! Great staff, nice atmosphere, food was good & WAY.............cleaner then some other places, in O.V.

Nice to see "nicer, cleaner & funner" places popping up in our "hood"; a spin of the good things that are occuring in other aspects of Norfolk!

Looking forward to wing night, blues night and possibly bumping into old friends! Nothing better then....Food, fun & friends.....Congrates on your 1 yr Anniversery in business too & many more!!!!
